Return & Exchange Policy

So we have very generous 7 days exchange policy on our products.

However making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, Understood and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. 

• We have 7 days exchange policy from the date of product delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can Exchange it within 7 days From Delivery.
• Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return for exchange items will only be accepted in their original packaging, Including hangers, polyester bags, Hang tags on garments
  
• Customers must have to return the product with bill and label with it.

HOW TO RETURN For EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?

• A return for Exchange request has to be placed within 7 days from the time of order delivered via whatsapp helpdesk number +91 9106211002.
• If you raise the request on Whatsapp, after having a conversation with customer, we will approve and confirm the return for exchange request. Note that please initiate the return or exchange request via given link to get the fast and better resolution of your return & exchange query.
• Once acknowledged by team customer has to Co-operate with courier process. We do not have our own reverse pickup facility. (Shipping courier charges 250 INR has to be paid by customer him/her self)

• After submitting the parcel customer has to inform us with pickup details via WhatsApp helpdesk No. +91 9106211002
• As soon as we receive a returned product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will process further within 2-3 working days.
• In case of credit note or store credit, once we receive a returned product, it will go through quality testing and once approved we will send you credit note on your registered mobile number as soon as possible.

Products Purchased in sales or discounts are only eligible for Exchange and not for return for refund.
